Okay. I KNOW I’m not the first and only apostolic to ask him why he only uses scripture out of context.. Not using it to the full extent. Bible does say that end the end days false prophets will a rise. I mean, I’m not scared..I’m just curious as to what he’s doing..why he’s doing it and not preaching/teaching the WHOLE TRUTH. Sorry, it just irritates me. If your going to use scripture, use it correctly and use it like its supposed to be used. don’t be stupid about it. any thoughts on jefferson bethke?
Uhm, I’m left speechless. I’ve been at Calvary since April and this is the first tongues that has been given…no interpretation though. Worship service…was WOW! God REALLY moved like no other! I haven’t felt God’s presence in a while and when I walked into church today, I had sort of a sour attitude but the moment I got out of class I was WOW….I’m in awe of Him. STILL. My church has Sunday school then a church service..normally gets out around 12-12.30 I didnt check my phone til 1.30. I LOVE IT !!!! I LOVE being at church. I’ve been struggling with things, starting completely over and trusting God more and I believe that some things were broke today. It’s almost time to go to Knoxville church…I’m going EXPECTING BIG moves of God in that assembly. I KNOW that there will be HUGE moves of God tonight. Brother R
So…At the Iowa youth convention, Bible quizzing got kicked off.. I was scared I wasn’t going to have a team with my church…I talked to everyone trying to get kids to join but NO ONE would join..I finally just accepted it after a while that I wouldn’t have a team and I wouldn’t get to quiz again..But on new years eve, I get awesome news that we have a team of four or five..I hadn’t been practicing because I sorta lost hope in it…So tonight I started my quizzing again…35 verses in one night (usually takes a week) I CAN and I WILL do this! I will get caught up in my quizzing!! #InJesusName!
As everyone knows, today is New Years Day.
My church has a footwashing, communion and new years (old time pentecost) service. Jericho marches, testimonies, shouting, dancing, running, etc.. After service, we ate…and us apostolics…..we know how to EAT! At 11:55, we all got out the noise makers, hats, etc..Pastor did the count down and we all blew our whistles. Best way to enter into a new year ever! My table had to be the bomb digity…we had; chelle, rushton, adam, emilie, nate, michael, dawn, katie, baker, john and myself..at a small round table that usually seats four… ( new maximum limit we set (; ) Adam, my pastors son, normally the quietest kid until you get to know him…not very hyper unless tired or he’s around people he likes…Well…Adam went crazy!! took empty two liters banged them on the tables, blew noise makers til our ears bled..knocked over chairs..danced and made a lot of loud, obnoxious noises..Emi yelled at him…which NEVER happens..Adam…went and tattled..You would think these two at are five and six….nope! In their twenties and acting like toddlers..
Katie, Adam, John, Dawn, Lydia, Rachel, Baker, Nate, Emi, Josie and I went and chilled at Emi and Nate’s house til late..Lydia, Rachel and Josie left around 2..John went to sleep so its just the seven of us hanging out, telling stories, making memories…It gets to be four am…I was supposed to be home at three..Oh boy..joy! Trouble for me…Lol,…
Anyways…bringing in the new year with an amazing church service is the way to go! Theres no other way I would have had it. It was awesome.. 2k12 has some promising things instore..I can’t wait to see what God has instore for me, my friends, my church….my life..

God i know it may hurt but take that chisel and hammer and chip away the unnecessary things in my life just as an artist chips away unneeded material from the pillar of stone…Put me through the fire just as a goldsmith puts the dirty rock through the fire to make it pure gold…God take me, change me, and transform me into what You have called me to be.
